Squads
The Digital Marketing Team is broken up into squads. The Builder Squad, Foamie Squad, and Roof Rangers. Each squad consists of an ARM, Scrum Person, a UX designer, a dev lead, and developers. The Digital Marketing Team runs in a 2 week sprint, has daily standups, as well as other ceremonies. See below for more information about each squad.

The Product Owners and Agile Release Managers (ARMS) run each squad. The Digital Marketing PO oversees all the squads in Digital Marketing, and the ARMS, each oversee their respective squad. The ARMS are the bridge between the stakeholders and the Digital Marketing Team. When a stakeholder (a Business) makes a request to update or add something new to their respective part of the website, they will go to the ARM, and then the ARM will create the ticket, groom it, and put in a sprint.

The Builder Squad maintains and builds new features for our in-house CMS. A large part of owenscorning.com is built in our CMS, so the Builder Squad is vital in keeping our up to date and running smoothly.
