PITTWRAP® IW30 Jacketing | Owens Corning Insulation

PITTWRAP® IW30 Jacketing is a 30-mil self-sealing above-ground pipe insulation jacket designed to protect FOAMGLAS® insulation used in chilled water and hot service beneath a metal jacket. Manual pressure seals the jacketing without the use of a torch or heater.

Benefits of above-ground pipe jacketing:

  • Thick, 30 mil non-metallic sheet
  • Self-sealing for easier installation
  • Meets ASTM C1916 Type I Grade 3 Class B.*
  • Meets the requirements of ASTM C1916 Type I Grade 3 Class B.*

* ASTM C1916: Standard Specification for Flexible Protective Jackets Made of Modified Asphalt/Butyl Rubber for use over Thermal Insulation

Service Temperature Limits: -25 to 100°F

It is well suited for chilled water infrastructure, including data centers that utilize FOAMGLAS ONE® insulation. This product is intended for above-ground applications and is not intended for below-ground or indoor use.
