The Customer Loyalty Program (CLP) is a specialized program within the Owens Corning Contractor Network (OCCN) designed for loyal Titanium® and RhinoRoof® customers. Through CLP, contractors can earn promo funds on qualifying underlayment purchases and gain access to industry-leading business resources and exclusive Titanium® and RhinoRoof® merchandise.

CLP is open to roofing contractors who are legal residents of the United States and/or Canada.

For the quickest enrollment experience, please complete the application using the digital form*. If you have questions on enrollment, reach out to your local Owens Corning Roofing Components Sales Leader (CSL). If you aren’t sure if you’re already a member, call 1-866-776-3375 or email prodesk@owenscorning.com. Once enrolled, you will be issued a CLP member ID through OCCN that is customized to you.

No, you can only be a member of one Owens Corning loyalty network. If you’re unsure which network aligns most effectively with your business objectives, please contact your Owens Corning CSL.

You’ll have access to the OCConnect® Resource Center, a 24/7 online portal that connects you to your exclusive resources. The user-friendly portal makes it convenient to submit invoices, check your available promo balance and access marketing materials**, business-building tools and online education modules anytime, anywhere.

Yes, within OCConnect®, you can personalize your communication preferences to receive only the content that matters most to you – whether it’s email, text or both – and stay informed in the way that works best for you.

You’ll earn promo funds on qualifying Titanium® and RhinoRoof® product purchases, including:

• Titanium® UDL25, UDL30 and UDL50
• Titanium® PSU30
• Titanium® FR
• Titanium® X30
• RhinoRoof® Granulated
• RhinoRoof® U20
• RhinoRoof® Anchor Sheet

Invoices can be submitted easily through OCConnect® to earn promo funds, or you may enroll in invoice automation with select suppliers that will submit them for you.

You have a few options for utilizing your promo funds within OCConnect®:

• • Owens Corning has partnered with Bank of America to offer two new ways for you to leverage your promo funding in a more secure way. The two options include transfer right to your U.S. based bank checking account or transfer to your own personal U.S. based Visa® or Mastercard® debit card**. • Reimbursement claims for qualifying advertising, tools and business services
• Orders for Titanium® and RhinoRoof® marketing materials and merchandise**

Yes, any promo funds earned by invoices dated within a given year will expire on June 30 of the following year. (e.g., funds from 2026 invoices expire on June 30, 2027). We encourage you to use all promo funds in advance of this date.

Yes, RhinoRoof® U10 does not qualify for CLP.
