Applications

Thermafiber VersaBoard® is a multi-purpose insulation designed for commercial wall applications where thermal and acoustic performance are important. This mineral wool board is commonly used in commercial environments such as the interior walls of mechanical rooms. This mineral wool product can also be installed in parking garages, above suspended ceilings, or under concrete decking, where fire resistance and sound control are beneficial, but a UL-rated firestop system is not required.
