    • Uniform dispersion of 200 million filaments per kg of 12 mm fiber

    ENHANCED PERFORMANCE

    • High elastic modulus fiber giving crack control beyond plastic state

    • Mineral fiber with high affinity to cementitious materials

    • Increased flexural strength

    • Higher quality finished surface

    • No rust, no staining

    • Invisible in the concrete and at the surface

    FASTER WORK

    • Ready to add to the concrete, either in the mixer or at the jobsite

    • Low impact on workability

    • Easy and trouble-free pumping

    • Reduced chipping from detailed forms

    • Flows and dispenses easily for automated dosing

    APPLICATIONS

Anti-CRAK® HD is designed to reinforce decorative concrete and slabs on ground against plastic shrinkage cracking, including sidewalks, hardscapes, and pool decks. Anti-CRAK® HD is also broadly used in manufactured concrete products, dry mix formulations, UHPC, and other concrete applications.

    How to Use

It is recommended to add Anti-CRAK® HD into wet concrete during the last stage of mixing, or directly into a ready mix concrete truck on the jobsite. For dry mix applications, fibers can be added in the dry premix.

The recommended minimum dosage for ready mix concrete is 600 g/m³ or 1 lb/yd³. For dry mix and other applications, the dose may be as high as 1% by volume limited only by workability.

    Packaging & Storage

Anti-CRAK® HD all lengths: Packed in plastic bags (18 kg).
Anti-CRAK® HD 6, 12, and 18mm: Packed in individual 600g and 1lb paper bags (water dispersible)
Specific packaging can be negotiated based on volume applications.

Anti-CRAK® HD should be stored away from heat and moisture, and must stay in its original packaging. Optimum conditions are temperature between 15°C and 35°C (59ºF to 95ºF) and humidity between 35% and 65%. If the product is stored at lower temperatures it is advisable to condition it in the workshop for at least 24 hours before use, to prevent condensation.
