Brian Chambers

Board Chair, President, and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Chambers is Board Chair, President, and Chief Executive Officer at Owens Corning. He was appointed CEO in 2019 and elected Chair in 2020. He previously served in a number of senior leadership roles at the Company, including President and Chief Operating Officer from 2018 to 2019, President of the Roofing business from 2014 to 2018, Vice President and General Manager of Roofing from 2013 to 2014, and Vice President and General Manager in the Composites business from 2011 to 2013. In total, Mr. Chambers has over 20 years of global business and leadership experience with Owens Corning. He also held several commercial and operational roles outside Owens Corning at Saint Gobain, Honeywell, and BOC Gases. 

Since February 2022, Mr. Chambers has served on the Board of Directors of Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc., a world leader of engineering, design, and manufacturing of advanced arc welding solutions, automated joining, assembly and cutting systems, plasma and oxy-fuel cutting equipment, and is a member of its Audit and Finance Committees. Mr. Chambers is a member of the Business Roundtable, the Ohio Business Roundtable, and the Policy Advisory Board of the Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University.

ANNIE BAYMILLER

Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Ms. Baymiller serves as executive vice president and chief information officer of Owens Corning. She was appointed to this role in December 2025. Ms. Baymiller previously served as senior vice president and chief information officer since March 2023. She joined the company in 2006 as part of the Information Systems Development Program, and has held a variety of leadership roles focused on digital technology expansion across the company’s businesses and regions. Throughout her nearly 20-year career with Owens Corning, she has advanced its enterprise digital capabilities, use of analytics, and digital technology innovation to improve customer engagement and operational efficiencies.

Gina A. Beredo

Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and General Counsel

Ms. Beredo serves as executive vice president, chief administrative officer, and general counsel of Owens Corning. She was appointed to this role in March 2025. Prior to joining Owens Corning as executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary in 2021, she served as executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary for Nordson Corporation. Before serving as general counsel in January 2018, she served as the deputy general counsel. Prior to joining Nordson in 2013, Ms. Beredo served as chief litigation counsel and director of compliance and ethics at American Greetings Corporation. Beredo began her legal career as a litigation associate at BakerHostetler LLP.

JOSE CANOVAS

President, insulation

Mr. Canovas was appointed president of the Owens Corning insulation business in July 2025. Immediately prior to his current role, Mr. Canovas served as vice president and general manager of commercial and industrial insulation. Since joining Owens Corning in 2012, he has held roles in strategy and corporate development and led multiple insulation businesses across regions and product platforms including general manager of insulation Latin America and general manager of the XPS foam insulation business in the U.S. and Canada.

NICOLAS DEL MONACO

President, Roofing

Mr. Del Monaco was appointed president of the Owens Corning Roofing business in July 2025. Immediately prior to his current role, Mr. Del Monaco served as president of the insulation business. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president and managing director of the company’s European operations, leading a team spanning both the insulation and former Composites businesses, and as vice president of nonwovens and glass reinforcements Europe. During his tenure with the company, which began in 2000, Mr. Del Monaco has also held a variety of finance, operations, and general management roles

TODD FISTER

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Fister serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Owens Corning. He was appointed to the CFO role effective September 2023. Mr. Fister previously served as president of the Owens Corning insulation business from 2019 to 2023. He has also served as vice president of global insulation and strategy, and vice president and managing director for multiple global insulation businesses. Prior to joining Owens Corning in 2014, Mr. Fister spent seven years at MeadWestvaco, now WestRock, in roles of increasing responsibility across finance, corporate development, and strategy. He also worked at Kimberly-Clark and began his career in finance at Procter & Gamble.

RACHEL MARCON

President, Doors

Ms. Marcon became president of the Owens Corning Doors business in May 2025. Previously, she served as vice president and general manager of the global nonwovens business. Ms. Marcon has also served in sales and business leadership roles since joining Owens Corning in 2016. Prior to joining Owens Corning, Ms. Marcon spent her career in the aluminum industry in roles of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing, and strategy, leading global growth in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

JOSÉ MÉNDEZ-ANDINO

Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer

Dr. Méndez-Andino was appointed executive vice president and chief innovation officer in December 2025. In this role, he is responsible for leveraging materials, process, and product innovations to accelerate the company's growth. His accountabilities encompass oversight of strategy and innovation across the company’s three major businesses and leadership of enterprise R&D capabilities, capital delivery, product stewardship, and quality. Dr. Méndez-Andino joined Owens Corning in 2012 and most recently served as executive vice president and chief research & development officer. Prior to joining Owens Corning, Dr. Méndez-Andino spent 10 years at Procter & Gamble, where he served in a variety of leadership roles spanning science, product development, and new business creation.
