Any information you acquire about our products / services in this session is confidential and proprietary. By signing this form, you agree not to talk about what you learn about this product or service to anyone.

Any suggestions and ideas given as part of this study become the property of Owens Corning and may be used by them at their discretion without compensation to you.

You may withdraw from the research study at any time. If, at any time, you need a break or have a question, please inform the facilitator immediately.
